Weekend in Derbyshire, June 5th-7th 2015
This weekend for beginners and those with some quarterstaffing experience will be held at Unstone Grange in Derbyshire. The cost will be £65 (£50 for concessions). Further information and online booking is available here.

Quarterstaffing in Oxford - Autumn 2014
A series of quarterstaffing sessions will be held in Oxford this autumn on Sundays from 11am to 1pm on the following dates:

October 5th
November 16th
December 7th

These sessions will be a chance for men to work together to develop the forms of the quarterstaff, in order to discover our warrior roots and enjoy the experience of waking up body and mind!
Location is Port Meadow opposite the Perch pub at Binsey - click here for a map. Reachable by car and within walking distance from Oxford Train Station.
Staffs provided. Wear clothes and boots suitable for working outdoors. £5 a session - open to both complete beginners and those with previous experience.

Quarterstaffing in Oxford - Summer 2014
8pm to 9.30pm on Wednesday evenings from 2nd July until 3rd September. All weeks except for a break on the 30th July and 6th August.
£5 a session - this will be run on an informal basis to provide men a chance to work with the quarterstaff at all levels from complete beginner onwards. Come along and learn a tradition which will stretch your physical and mental faculties and put you in contact with your warrior roots!

Quarterstaff in Oxford, Sunday 4th August
This training session will be in the University Parks, Oxford. We'll be meeting at the middle yellow area labelled 'Old Parks' at www.parks.ox.ac.uk
No previous experience necessary - we'll be learning a sequence of attack and defence moves with the staff, as well as exercises and techniques to build skill with the staff and develop mind-body awareness.
Bring a packed lunch and suitable outdoor wear. Cost £5. Staffs provided.
Parking in Norham Gardens just north of the Parks is reasonable on a Sunday - should be no more than £2 for the whole day.

Sheffield Training: Next meeting 30th Dec 2012
Our next meeting in Richmond Park, Sheffield will be on Sunday 30th December instead of Jan 5th but after that we should be sticking to the first Saturday of the month until further notice. Further details here.
